2011 Tryouts:

Climax and Sub Zero and excited to announce a first for Minneapolis Open Ultimate, a combine style tryout process intended to simplify and streamline both team's current process and help build a strong community of open ultimate players in the Minneapolis area.

We will hold three open tryouts where players can be evaluated by both teams simultaneously. Players will be asked to indicate which team they would prefer to play on and only need to attend one set of tryouts to be seen by two separate teams.

Where: Bryn Mawr Meadows (Penn Ave and I-394, just west of downtown.)
When: Saturday and Sunday May 21-22 @10 AM and Wednesday June 1st @6:30 PM
Who: Any high school, college or other players interested in playing for Climax or Sub Zero in 2011.

Following these open tryouts each team will invite players to two closed tryouts which will take place June 4-5. Players interested in either team should plan to attend these tryouts.

Those players who are playing in USAU College Nationals are exempt from all tryouts happening before Memorial Day. Therefore you only need to be at the Wednesday June 1st Open tryout. However if you fall into this camp please email the above addresses to let us know your intentions to tryout so we keep you in mind.
